I am an Associate Professor at the University of East Anglia. I have several roles including Postgraduate Admissions Director, Director of Employability, Study Abroad Coordinator and MSc Global Development Management Course Director. I am particularly interested in communication for development, humanitarian communication, participant-led storytelling, ethical storytelling, charity fundraising and social media for development.I have worked for a number of companies including Aviva, Tesco, Pearl Assurance, Sheffield Tourist Board, Sheffield Hallam University, Norwich University of the Arts and currently in the School of Global Development at University of East Anglia.
