I manage and prioritize incoming video and captioning workflow. I edit, conform and transcode incoming and internally-produced video programs for digital distribution to colleges and universities. I delegate tasks and responsibilities to my assistant editors. I manage DVD manufacturing and work with outside vendors to complete HBO DVD creation. I initiate and troubleshoot captioning, working with 3Play and Cielo 24 vendors. I planned and executed the design of our new editing suite, and made equipment and software purchases.
