I manage worldwide projects developing applications for the Administration, Financial & Control department on SAP systems (mostly SAP ECC). I support business users in processes definition and take care of business requirements gathering. I design software applications and translate business requirements into technical ones for our development teams. I manage the application maintenance service working together with our application maintenance team.

I study new product development process, product lifecycle management, business control model and business intelligence tools at Piaggio Headquarter. I design and develop a prototype business intelligence solution to manage Piaggio’s new product portfolio, focused on economic perspective based on NPV (Net Present Value) key performance indicator.
