I am a volunteer and speaker supporting and assisting individuals who are transitioning careers by encouraging, equipping and energizing them as they navigate seeking and securing a new career position. Along with other volunteers, we encourage each participant through volunteer and peer support, three times weekly meetings and opportunities to hear motivational speakers, of which I am one. Volunteers equip individuals by providing tools and guidance needed to understand the modern job market. This includes assistance with resumes and navigating job applicant screening software. Other ojttulsa leaders recently began utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) to improve applicant success. We further assist in interview preparation and networking strategies. We energize participants with positive encouragement and bringing out everyone’s unique skill sets and talents. Active participants have a very high success rate of achieving their goal of moving into full time employment.

I instruct and provide mentorship and coaching for two self developed courses. The first is entitled "Developing AND Achieving YOUR Lifetime Goals" and is designed for those individuals from late teens to mature adults who want to develop and ACHIEVE goals in the financial, professional and personal areas. Students develop their own goal and ACHIEVEMENT plans AND timelines that help them fulfill their lifetime dreams. Think of this course as the GPS for your life journey! The second course is entitled "Leadership in a Post Pandemic World" and is designed for those who desire an introduction or refresher in business leadership in the difficult and changing times we live in. Special emphasis is placed upon "the leadership 11", principles. Both courses are designed to be taught in virtual or in-person formats and are particularly suited for corporate and other group settings.
