Process Assistant Amnesty Robotics Floor Health. Monitor overall floor health of augmented robotics floor. Maintain minimum impact of floor operations. Lead and supervise team activities throughout the shift, including providing feedback and coaching people on the team when necessary, and escalate performance troubles to higher managers when necessary. Manage team schedule for the shift, including where a team member is assigned to and sending team members on their breaks. Train new employees that join the team and collaborate with the learning department to track their progress during training as needed. Communicate with the next Assistant Manager or Manager coming onto duty on what has been successfully completed, what is left to do for the next shift and what troubles may have arisen during the shift previous. Complete end of shift management tasks. Problem Solver: Responsible for fixing issues and solving problems with customer orders efficiently and effectively. Assisting Stowers with all product problems and issues. Learned how to fix sellable items and trained in Putbacks. Learned how to track and remain on top of Reactive items and pallets. Responded to Andons in a timely manner.
