*KeyBank acquired HelloWallet from Morningstar in July 2017.*I led cross-functional agile squads of UX designers, visual designers, engineers, and QA engineers to drive KPI movement for KeyBank's Financial Wellness program, the centerpiece of Key's retail banking strategy. At a time when so many banks maximize profit over the financial well-being of their clients, Key paved a different path to grow the business by focusing the banking relationship with its clients around financial wellness.In addition to leading initiatives to design and develop new financial wellness tools within Key's online banking platform, I led the team that maintains the existing web and mobile personal financial management app, HelloWallet.Similar to other financial tools like Mint.com, the existing HelloWallet web and mobile apps provide budgeting and other personal finance tools, but unlike other financial tools, HelloWallet focuses on financial health, not just financial wealth.Day-to-day responsibilities: I served as the product owner, scrum master, and business analyst for cross-functional product development squads, facilitating the design, development, testing, and release of the HelloWallet product across three platforms: web, iOS, and Android. I was ultimately responsible for shipping product every sprint cycle and doing whatever is necessary to create and maintain a high-performing team.Strategic responsibilities: I was tasked with setting and executing on the product vision and roadmap for the existing HelloWallet product as well as new financial wellness tools within Key's online banking platform and digital banker tools.In the transitionary period following the acquisition of HelloWallet from Morningstar, I served on the leadership team as the representative of the product management discipline, managing the product management team and leading the entire HelloWallet team through the transition to KeyBank.

Under Morningstar, HelloWallet was a personal financial management web and mobile tool purchased by Fortune 500 companies for their employees to improve their financial health.As the sole product manager of the HelloWallet team, I served as the scrum master and product owner of 4 cross-functional squads: 1) legacy web platform, 2) new web platform, 3) backend API services, and 4) native mobile (iOS and Android).Strategic responsibilities: I was responsible for setting and pursuing strategic goals for the HelloWallet product and driving execution of our roadmap through collaboration with other functional teams: Client Services, Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics, and Behavioral Science.

At Telogical, I worked on a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and account managers, managing the design and development of enterprise call center software for some of the largest telecommunications companies in the world.
