I am a CIPD qualified HR professional who has worked within HR for almost two-decades, during which I have spent almost a decade representing employers in Employment Tribunal and successfully run a HR Consultancy business.I have also run a CIPD Centre and taught in adult education in HR, Recruitment, and Management for a decade. I am passionate about HR and have always encouraged individuals to join the CIPD as the preferred professional body. I am also passionate about education and believe that in an ever changing working world, we need to adapt quickly and consistently to protect the working environment, the organisation, and the employees, equally.In my spare time I am a Vice Chair of Governors for a local three-form entry school and also on the committee of the CIPD's Chiltern Branch, where I am the Membership Engagement Lead.
