• Led the largest infrastructure (€8M) and most long term Programme for Bank of Ireland to deliver a new Business Electronic Channel to process significant payments involving managing a team of 25 dedicated resources and leveraging another 15+ via a matrix organisation. • Delivered a Service Improvement Programme (SIP) involving the global HP organisation at a senior level across multiple geographies which resolved customer service issues across 5 focus areas.• Created and delivered a SIP for BOI’s business client’s application which processed payments of multiple billions per annum to resolve significant risk and compliance issues with no major service issues. Achieved significant improvement in service which allowed the customer to develop a strategic replacement solution.• Collaborated with BOI and 3rd party providers to successfully delivery the Intranet solution for 16,000 users• Prepared the successful bid proposal for an implementation of a new mainframe banking engine and ultimately delivered the Programme which delivered a new joint venture banking solution for BOI.• Implemented one of the first Accelerated Disaster Recovery solutions for a critical customer application.• Implemented significant contract change, on schedule, to transfer business operations to BOI in a 5 month period, including contract novations, network separation, migration of hardware and transfer of 17 staff.
