At Cisco, I produced and hosted a talk show that went out to 18,000 sellers worldwide. During the 2-year run of the show, I learned that I could effectively coach senior executives to communicate with clarity and confidence on camera.     Reporting to the Senior Director of Rich Media Marketing, I was recruited into the position of Producer and Talk Show Host. My main responsibilities were producer, writer and on-camera host for LaunchCast, an internal broadcast for Cisco’s global team of 18,000 sellers. This monthly show communicated essential product news for global launches with the intent to motivate sellers to engage with deep-dive resources. Together with a virtual team, we delivered 25 simulated live broadcasts over 18 months that received an average viewer satisfaction score of 4.3 out of 5! The dynamic talk show format featured short segments with sales leaders and subject matter experts, and contained concise product demos and sales success stories. I also scripted, directed and produced demand generation videos for a variety of product owners including a 2-minute video that generated more than 5,600 views and 500 webinar attendees.During the annual GSX conference in 2015, I had the privilege of interviewing live on stage, Cisco CEO John Chambers, Chis Dedicoat, EVP, Sales, and other senior sales executives.
