Leading efforts to support the faculty compliant search process for new hires and promotions. Creating and enforcing the university wide standards in faculty hiring decisions and their alignment with the Affirmative Action Plans of the community. Support efforts in gathering and publishing Affirmative Action Plans for the enterprise. Committee work and dialogue to support Diversity Initiatives. Collaborate with the entire enterprise on the implementation of the applicant tracking system for faculty hiring and the processes of approval and compliance.

This position leads and performs a national recruitment search for upper level and hard to fill positions within Emory University.

Led and consulted corporate leaders on recruitment initiatives for each hotel and nationwide. Created national agreements with vendors for search sites and developedtraining for recruitment at the hotel level. Sourced over a million dollars in payroll annually for company providing a large savings in third party search fees.

Coordinating International Student training and living in the USA.Working with hotels and business in the Southeast USA to offerJ-1 students an opportunity to learn more about the Hospitality Field.

General Manager of 180 room hotel and Lead General Manager of additional 6 hotels totaling 605 additional rooms. Had review and training role for each location.Led in efforts for marketing, sales, revenue management and human resource issues.

Led the efforts to train and develop staff in all areas of the hotel including; Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Revenue Management. Served on a nationwide task force to open new locations in five states. Called upon to use skills in Sales, Human Resources, Finance, Training and Development. Winner of the “General Manager of the Year “ 1998.
