I deliver leadership and counsel for a $125M American Industrial OEM Manufacturing Business and a Regional holding company of a $1.5B International and Holding Company for the Americas, supporting four business units in 25 locations in the US and Canada. ★ Spearheads OEM Manufacturing Operations – a mid-size organization consisting of engineering, polymer molding, machining, assembly, logistics, sales,, marketing, customer service, and administrative operations in Florida and Texas.o Directs all HR-related activities, including employee relations, recruitment, organizational planning, compensation planning, and training.o Developed and executed plans to combat the effects of the Pandemic downturn (35% drop in sales) ensuring the organization was set up for the recovery phase of the industry currently under way resulting in 2020 profitability and record profits in 2021o Obtained a two-year $1.2M QRT grant from the state of Florida and coordinated several training initiatives for all levels of the organization, enabling seamless integration to the organization while continuing the development of skills.o Collaborates with Controlling and Operations to develop detailed employment budgeting aligned with sales projections and productivity improvements.o Examine and restructure compensation programs, resulting in elevated employee retention levels and successful recruitment of new talent in challenging market conditions.o Assumed control of a dysfunctional Payroll and Benefits Department and conducted an in-depth assessment while implementing Comprehensive Payroll from ADP and instituting processes/procedures to support the business's needs.o Interfaced the local payroll systems (ADP) with the SAP ERP system, aligning processes to eliminate the duplication of tasks while upgrading ADP to a new platform in both the US and Canada.
