Leading a team of .Net developers working on a range of Sitecore websites specialising in delivering solutions which harness Sitecore's full potential including (but not limited to) Personalisation, Experience Editor, Search, Marketing tools, end-to-end automation for build and release pipelines and cloud technologies.

Managing a small Sitecore development team responsible for the rslartunion.com.au website and two other RSLQLD websites in a multi-site Sitecore solution using the latest Azure PaaS technologies and Sitecore Helix design principles. Some highlight achievements included configuring a fully automated CI pipeline through Azure DevOps with Staging Slots and hot swapping for outage-free releases "before it was cool" as well as streamlining a Helix-centric Sitecore solution architecture with much faster build and site startup times than your standard Helix-based solution architecture.

- Testing of features prior to release, desigining and executing test plans and automating them using Selenium.- Managing and carrying out deployments for releases of all kinds including DNN, Orchard, Kentico & Sitecore.- Managing support inbox and diagnosing issues, providing timely solutions to client issues.- Looking after client training for DNN, Orchard, Kentico and Sitecore (custom features).- Typical windows development stack tools used including SQL Management Studio, Visual Studio, IIS, .NET/C#, Team City, Distributed version control (Git and Mercurial).
