Responsible for all day to day operations of running an established, licensed child care center to include:-Hiring, managing, training and supervising 5 to 7 staff-Conducting teacher evaluations by observing teachers in class rooms and during activities-Assisting teachers with setting and meeting progressive goals-Communicating with parents daily to guarantee school’s policies and admission procedures are followed -Communicating with parents daily to guarantee children’s learning goals are achieved-Working with teachers to ensure safety of all classrooms and to make them developmentally appropriate-Managing all budgetary aspects of business financials-Managing annual credentialing and school board certification requirements-Providing daily bus transportation for children to/from several elementary schoolsAdditional responsibilities included property and building maintenance on daily/weekly basis as needed. -Maintaining grounds daily-Planting trees and shrubs-Mulching, fertilizing, watering and mowing activities-Managing inventory of supplies and equipment used in landscaping activities

Day-shift bartender, lunch server and special event banquet worker. Overall responsibilities include:-Preparing and serving drinks and beverages to patrons-Anticipating guests’ needs to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction-Operating register and verification machines-Ordering required liquor and supplies-Cleaning and sanitizing bar and equipment daily-Working large parties, weddings and special events

Responsible for daily after school program to include:-Preparing all materials for after school activities -Ensuring maintenance of a neat and clean facility for student activities-Developing tutorial services for after school students

Responsible for daily maintenance and cleaning of rental car inventory to include:- Applied wax to auto body and wiped surfaces to protect surfaces- Cleaned upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces- Continual customer service mindset when in contact with rental car customers
