Position Summary:The Production Manager’s position is responsible for overseeing all MicroTip and console production activities, as well as console service and repair operations, in accordance with applicable procedures and specifications. The Production Manager position reports to the General Manager.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Manage console servicing and console production lines• Manage disposable handpiece production activities in ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment• Interface with General Manager and other department supervisors to determine resource requirements and coordinate scheduling for production and service activities• Develop and implement production and repair procedures, records and specifications• Review and maintain current all production procedures, records, and specifications• Maintain training and competency programs for direct reports• Ensure preventive maintenance of applicable production equipment is performed according to defined schedules• Review production and repair processes to improve efficiency and quality• Assist with complaint investigation as it relates to evaluation of the physical product.• Maintain manufacturing related reports and metrics• Perform other duties as required

The Console Production Supervisor’s position is responsible for overseeing all console production, console servicing and repair, production equipment maintenance, as well as shipping & receiving operations in accordance with applicable procedures and specifications. This position interfaces with all departments. The Console Production Supervisor position reports to the VP of Manufacturing.* Supervise new console assembly including all accessories and packaging activities.* Supervise servicing and repair activities for existing installed console base. Perform root cause investigations for all routine and premature device failures.* Supervise shipping/receiving activities including final packaging of TX1 and TX2 model devices for distribution.* Ensure preventive maintenance of applicable production equipment is performed according to defined schedules.* Maintain training and competency programs for direct employees or as designated by the VP Manufacturing.* Assist VP Manufacturing/Engineering with general facility maintenance, inspection, and repair activities.* Assist VP Manufacturing with maintenance of the inventory control system including procurement scheduling, cycle counts, and inventory audits.* Develop and implement production and repair procedures, records and specifications.* Review and maintain current all production procedures, records, and specifications.* Interface with VP of Manufacturing and department supervisors to determine resource requirements and coordinate production scheduling.* Review production and repair processes to improve efficiency and quality
