I started designing video games when I was 19 and I truly love crafting, nurturing, and balancing game systems. I’ve spent most of my professional career working as a lead designer and take a lot of pride in the quality of work that has been accomplished through the successful collaborative effort of the ambitious design teams I've been part of. The number of years and titles under my belt help me maintain a clear perspective of team and project priorities, and supporting development teams with clear structure, organization, resources, and objective feedback.
