I have developed a method based on the science that helps people lift their mood in a heartbeat! Researching, developing and training in new methods in improving human performance. Large studies indicate that people who have high emotional intelligence are better leaders, managers, workers, communicators by their peer groups and by those that report to them.My programme targets the basic human performance drivers as opposed to other methods and does not exhibit a fall off in performance over time. This is because the basic physiology that drives the human emotional system is not addressed.
