About David Rea

My research focuses on the physics of planet formation. I use national scale supercomputers to carry out state-of-the-art numerical simulations of circumstellar (planet forming) disks. I am particularly interested in how magneto-hydrodynamic turbulence can affect the clumping of pebble-sized grains in the extremely low ionization disk environments.
