After scratching the itch of bug fixes, joining a software delivery team became a natural next step. During this time I was extremely fortunate to be on a team of industry leaders and experts. Mob and peer programming with these individuals rapidly expanded my skill set. My primarily focus during this role was on .net APIs, iOS apps, and DocumentDBs solutions for pre-departure passenger operations. As a team we made iterative updates to rapidly deliver the airline operation mobile tools to support an evolving industry.

I triaged, debugged, tested, and prioritized software defects reported by users, created software fixes for C# RESTful and WCF services as well as VB6 client applications. I developed and deployed monitoring tools like SumoLogic to understand user behavior and irregularities, created automated deployment scripts, and supported technology solution supporting business initiatives.

I identified and resolved issues with clients’ computer hardware and software, recommended best practices, and performed necessary repairs and upgrades. Additionally, I provided higher-tier support to team members, removing roadblocks, assisted with training, growth, and procedure updates.

While supporting my continued education, I enjoyed working in Alaska Airline's station operations where I supported the traveling public. During this time I gained important airline technology and operations experience.

In my service to the United States, I was responsible for analyzing, processing, and disseminating critical intelligence information. I also took responsibility for the accurate inventory and maintenance of the commands classified materials. This included specialized IT system maintenance responsibilities providing me fundamental technology expierence.
