CurrentBusiness development: - Led in the company's development from a single consultant to a team of five serving repeat customers including some of Israel’s most prominent, inc. Israeli Aerospace Industries, Doral Energy, Ben Gurion University and quantum machines- Established and managed to completion international collaboration projects with leading European organizations such as University College London, Delft University, SAS (TLD subsidiary), Iberdrola. My role included finding potential partners, presenting project concepts to them, and persuading them to join the effort, and then keeping them involved and motivated until the project is complete and beyond- Initiated, closed and completed deals worth hundreds of thousands of NIS with Israeli & European companies- Represented the company in EU conferences including at the European ParliamentProject management:- Managed consortia of 10-50 participants per project from 10-25 different organizations, including engineers, professors, executives, and staff from major international organizations- Developing project concepts with groups of experts, integrating their interdisciplinary expertise into a coherent and compelling structure- Prepared multi-month (2-8) work plans. Produced integrative project documents and presentations. Ensured trust in the effort, collaboration, punctuality & precision- Ensured collaboration and contribution of detailed plans, documents, and content - on time, in collaboration and alignment with project partnersGrant Writing and analyst:- Primary writer of multiple proposals, with high rated review and successful follow through- Drafting budgets, work plans, and assessing risks and competencies for potential 2-4 year long projects to be funded at 2-25 million Euro- Writing highly rated academic sections including targeted literature reviews in diverse areas including aviation, sustainability, social psychology, artificial intelligence, and more
