Reduced partner implementation timeline from 2-3 months to 2-3 weeks.• Designed, implemented and tracked marketing campaigns for corporate clients involving in-store POP, employee incentives and rewards, paired with consumer-facing financial awards and sweepstakes leading to 100% increase in same-store sales at largest client.

As customer advocate within Visa, presented client challenges, strategic vision and long-term goals to internal Visa stakeholders including product development, brand management and information technology. Directed overall TotalPay operational activities including sales support, client implementation, customer service and business/product development. Additionally responsible for strategic product direction including product strategy, new business integration, web site design, process automation, business continuity planning and SAS 70 audit preparedness. Directed the development and execution of departmental business continuity and disaster recovery plans.Key Accomplishments:• Managed successful portfolio conversion of over 2,000 clients and 100,000 customers from Fidelity processing platform to Visa processing platform. All clients converted to new system in six months with no client losses. • Managed diverse team in support of ADP’s partnership with First Data Corporation. Completed deliverables in three months from contract signing to first deal sold. During first year program generated over 1,000 new clients and 150,000 customer accounts.

Directed overall product design and implementation of ADP’s first payroll debit card product. Led development of web sites and marketing materials, as well as features and functionality on business partner processing platforms. Created and tested business continuity plans to ensure continued operations in the event of a disaster.Key Accomplishments:• Directed diverse team in development of detailed communications plans, sales education materials, web updates, and regulatory filings for processing portfolio conversion. Generated a 5% increase in card usage as a result of conversion messaging, including accounts that had been dormant for an extended period of time.• Spearheaded project to migrate all payroll card clients and card holders from Bank of America network to the ADP Credit Union network. Negotiated termination schedules with Bank of America and developed conversion processes with ADPCU and Visa to seamlessly migrate customer accounts with no interruption of service to clients or customers.

Led team of 12 developers in client-server and Java application development. Implemented various BI technologies including OCR and document imaging solutions for Unemployment claim processing. Launched the first agile development methodology in the San Dimas technology center utilizing code management software and 6 week deployment cycles vs the typical waterfall methodology being used by other departments.
