As a Hospitality & Retail Operations Leader, I partner with my senior leadership team to scale business through rapid M&A and organic growth. Be the guide on the side.” I take this to heart when I bring internal and external teams together from various highly skilled disciplines to advance the goals of our company. I’ve been inspired by their expertise—which spans retail programming; secure and compliant state-of-the-art technology development; robust multi-unit infrastructure builds; global office openings; operational design and renovation; and new construction builds—as they deliver all within budget and ambitious deadlines. I launched my career in small hotels and soon transitioned to the training space. Then, when an opportunity arose with Harrah’s to run their casinos, I jumped at the chance to move to Vegas. Ultimately, I landed with William Hill and Caesars Digital, where I served as SVP and CSBO leading their Retail Sports Betting operation. This agility has served me well as I profitably navigated two global economic crises that disproportionately impacted my industry.
