Leading the digital health startup refle-X-tions, I'm on a mission to empower every person on the planet to take back control and improve their relationship to the ever increasing influence the digital world and it's tools have on human beings. We are creating an innovative, ground breaking, open source, deep tech platform that enables, promotes and supports an individuals awareness, influence and impact their digital habits have on their mental wellness. Awareness to understand what influence our digital habits and the digital tools we use daily is the starting point, only then can we better manage that which we know - our relationship with the digital world. The ultimate goal is to minimize and/or prevent the chances of serious personal challenges such as anxiety, stress, burnout and even suicide from occurring. By harnessing the power Artificial Intelligence (AI) our first goal is to understand the person based on their existing digital habits, generate personalized actionable insights reflects, and help the individual better understand themselves and their existing habits. This represents our commitment to real and effective transformative social change. My expertise in creating and implementing award-winning self service systems, grounds my approach in user-centric design, ensuring the solutions created resonate with both stakeholders and end-users.Transitioning from being an employee to becoming an entrepreneur, my mission is to build a sustainable and impact driven platform, ecosystem and organization that empowers every human being (employees, customers, and everyone else) to pursue and achieve their life goals.The ultimate goal is to help people themselves along the journey of life long self discovery and pursuit of becoming the best version of themselves.At the heart of my work is a passion for innovation, driving the development of tools that empower individuals and communities to thrive in an increasingly digital world.
