I have broad experience with implementation and development of new digital products in the field of content, marketing and IT.I have been in charge of different organizational areas in Prensa Ibérica, both in the content and business area, and I currently work on the definition, coordination, training and implementation of strategies related to new products, planning, analytics tools, SEO and CRO.I'm the manager of the Desk-Net tool through which Prensa Iberica newsrooms plan production, publication and sharing of content between the different media.Familiar with the work through agile methodologies, design thinking and the Jira tool, I have recently been part of the team that, using the Scrum methodology, has developed the Prensa Ibérica CMS. In this project I have been responsible for the definition and validation of workflow and content planning. In doing so I conveyed the needs of the group's newspapers as costumers.I have also participated as a speaker in various seminars, conferences and international panels, specifically in those organized by WAN-IFRA (eRev seminars in New York City-Washington DC 2018, Frankfurt 2017, London 2016…) on behalf of Prensa Ibérica, in which I have conveyed the vision and strategy of the group in the field of digital transformation of newsrooms and the monetization and conversion of our digital products.I have been part, as Project Manager or Senior Consultant, of internal and external digital transformation consulting teams: in 2020-2022 I have developed guides for newsrooms and roadmaps for media, due to collaboration agreements between Prensa Ibérica and other communication groups and consulting firms.Fluent English speaker, attentive to the news, avid reader of specialized publications in my field and always interested in the broad contexts in which changes take place.
