-Engineer solutions to unique and complex challenges to meet client heavy lift and heavy haul needs.-Determine appropriate equipment for each job and calculate available strength of each component, including hydraulic trailers, hydraulic gantry systems, beams, crane mats, and self-deploying bridges. -Develop engineered lift plans and transport plans using AutoCAD for the field team as a reference during plant turnarounds and country-wide transport operations.-Perform job site walks as needed to gather information for solution development and to ensure the job is executed according to plan.-Manage several aspects of each project including state permits, third party support, route planning, coordination with TxDOT engineers, and day-to-day communication with field personnel.-Consult with other departments to ensure the safest and most cost effective methods are used for each job
