SQA Services Inc. provides supplier quality services specializing in audits, CAPA, inspections and engineering to manufacturers within the pharmaceutical/medical device, personal care, aerospace & defense, and high-technology industries.We deploy and manage a team of supplier quality professionals, auditors, inspectors, and engineers, who are typically an hour or two away from any supplier site in the world.As Program Manager, I manage a variety of clients in various industries and their global quality programs. I am in constant contact with our associates all around the world to ensure they exceed expectations in the field. I work with these associates on developing solutions to supply chain issues. Constant contact is essential to ensure they are in the right place at the right time and to oversee the final deliverable. Prior to the deployment of an associate, I interview, approve, and calibrate them to the scope of the assignment. On a daily basis, I manage a team of program coordinators, and we work alongside our client stakeholders to create high level solutions for their global issues. I expand our business by providing project definition discussions and detailed workflows to assist our customers in their tactical and strategic activities around the world.
