Contract at Waikato District Health Board as part of a team implementing a digital x-ray system across the Waikato and BOP DHBs. Developed the support model and processes across both DHB's IT departments, the business and vendors. Also reviewed and updated the desktop roll out requirements document and prepared RFQ documentation.
