Focused on guiding other small and medium sized business owners to execute the commercial construction process. My job is to break down the complexities of completing the design and construction process so that you can remain focused on your business. I bring over 15 years of commercial construction experience. Nine of those years were spent managing complex healthcare projects for the #1 pediatric hospital in the country - Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Recent projects have focused on the intricacies of executing the buildout of dental practices.

Robert Haas started the practice 50 years ago in a small clinic in Lebanon, Ohio. Today we operate practices in Lebanon, OH and Franklin, OH with a team of three Dentists and 20 staff members. As Director of Operations, I will lead the efforts to build on the operational excellence and transition the practice to the next generation of ownership led by Dr. Sarah Haas. Responsibilities include hiring and HR, accounting/finance, process improvement, marketing and patient experience initiatives.

I am responsible for leading a diverse operations team of 70+ talented and driven individuals who strive to exceed customer expectations daily. I work closely with over 10 direct reports who have a variety of responsibilities, including oversight of 6 different business entities and IT Operations, to ensure that goals are established and met on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Several of our clients have trusted our team to execute projects across North America for over 15 years which has in turn led to opportunities to assist new clients tackle the many challenges they face when executing complex projects. Whether a $50 or $5+MM project, we work to act as an extension of our client by establishing the project goals and working with our trusted vendor partners to meet or exceed those goals. I enjoy working with our team to build upon processes that are the foundation of our company and that are critical to executing our projects efficiently, effectively, and accurately.

Senior Project Manager at Messer Construction specilizing in healthcare construction at Cincinnati Children's Hospital (CCHMC). Led a team of 20+ Project Managers, Project Engineers, Accounting, and Interns on projects of various sizes and ranging from $25MM to $40MM in annual revenue. Responsibilities included:- Working with CCHMC Senior Leadership on strategic project planning- Design assist and guidance- Pre-construction planning- Project estimating- Project scheduling- Project oversight- Project management of strategic projects in critical patient care environments- Project close-outKey areas of expertise include renovations in high risk areas (Operating Rooms, Hematology/Oncology, etc.) and infection control procedures for healthcare renovations. Led fundraising efforts for CCHMC surpassing $300,000 from 2007-2014.
