Vice President, Construction
Dave joined Robinson Development Group in the fall of 2004 as Vice President of Construction bringing vast professional experience in design, development, construction and project management. Dave has been directly responsible for a variety of construction and development projects for both private and public entities throughout the Midwest and East Coast which have totaled over $450 million dollars. Under Dave’s leadership, he has overseen the successful completion of site development and construction projects such as, office buildings, retail centers, warehouses, distribution centers, roads, bridges, public institutions, and residential development.As part of the Robinson Development Group Team, Dave is directly responsible for design and construction management activities which include client interface, project oversight, contractor and architect engineering management, value-added engineering services, project delivery administration, and project cost management. He combines his formal training in building systems and technology, along with his construction knowledge and experience, to evaluate and design all building systems to achieve performance specifications. In addition, he brings the expertise and professional experience necessary in order to communicate value-added engineering concepts and schedule compliance methods to the design/construction team.
