I have always been drawn to the complexity of problems present in the domain of information technology. Often there is not a single solution, but rather a range of possibilities that include both a technical component and a human component. The prospect of finding that mixture which could improve an employee experience or streamline business operations is a rewarding endeavor! I have been fortunate to participate in projects over my career which were both challenging and engaging on multiple levels. I have collaborated with some amazing people which allowed me to expand my skills and discover new approaches to finding solutions. It is these experiences which I pursue in my career. The skills I bring to the table are a deep love of learning, an adaptable personality and the understanding that technology needs to work for people. A solution isn’t a good solution if it complicates and disrupts the established flow and positive culture within an organization.
