As an IT Programmer Analyst my position involved supporting many different fascets of the enterprise. My role includes advanced support for software deployments using SCCM 2012 and Active Directory management. As well as managing network file servers and shared drives for state of michigan employees. My position also included configuring and managing Hyper-V standards and documentation. As well as supporting IIS web server and SQL database server.

My position as an IT technician included Monitor hardware, operating systems, applications and resources. Opens trouble tickets and assigns to appropriate parties. Incident Management - Opens and maintains incidents. Follow policies and procedures for the problem escalation process. Monitors the environmental and security equipment.Operated mainframe computers including tape backups, and running programs or jobs.
