I have a passion for both the natural and built environment, spending time in both, learning, adapting, contributing.My natural environment time is often spend in the small (private) nature reserve I've been developing over the last 2 decades, renaturing derelict farm land to create 12 diverse water, field and wood habitats ... lots of time in boots & waders nurturing, maintaining, observing.My built environment time is predominantly spent in national infrastructure development, particularly transport & natural resources. I am an experienced business & programme professional, knowledgeable in best practice capital and supply chain strategies and operating models. I particularly care about achieving balance between built and natural environments.A chartered engineer, strategist, and systems thinker, I bring structure, insight, and clarity to complex, ambiguous or challenging situations. I work with leaders and senior teams as mentor, coach or interim, to help unlock value and performance improvement in customer and business outcomes.
