I proposed and implemented revised full life cycle development process for data projects with the corporate PMO. I worked with technical leads to define, plan, and implement projects, and was the interface to the PMO. •At Cablevision I was able to put my data analysis skills to work analyzing the large amount of data and condensing into a form useful for our migration tools, allowing effective project planning and implementation. Was responsible for overall project budgets, resources, and client reporting. •At Pfizer I successfully lead several worldwide projects involving internal business teams, external vendors and outsourced development teams. We reported to a global PMO and executive management, collaboratively manage shared resources, and reported project financials directly to corporate.
