Chubb Community Care are one of the leading providers of Assistive Technology Products and Services in the UK and wider Europe spanning product supply, install, maintenance and monitoring services into Nursing Homes, Local Authority, Housing Providers and other related Healthcare organisations. I was ultimately responsibility in providing the strategy, growth and leadership of the UTC Chubb Community Care business.During my tenure, I stabilised the business core, developed game-changing industry products and services and formed new progressive sales channels in the UK and within Europe setting up the business plan and direction for continued healthy growth. Success of my role through understanding the market intimately, innovating product and services focused on recurring revenue extraction and building a first-class management team.Achievements Included:• Introduction of Rental business delivering strong portfolio growth and bottom line gain.• Ownership of a Product development project with Glasgow School of Art, Moray Council and NHSScotland resulting in the creation of an SOS and Health wearable. This project went on to befinalised and designed with Toshiba Healthcare in Tokyo, Japan• Design ownership through to product release of Care Call Nurse Call System in collaboration withleading Nursing Homes. The product and attached service has now enabled the Chubb business to secure 40% of the available market.• Release of Care Unity and Care System products to aid growth in product sales, projects andattachment recurring revenue• Restructure of management resulting, streamlining functions through a matrix managementstructure• Setting up Chubb monitoring to take on SOS / Social Care Alarming

Chubb Systems specialise in the design, installation and maintenance of bespoke electronic security solutions. Operating at board level and reporting to the MD with responsibility of the Projects Division within Chubb Systems; the role delivered a high volume of multi million pound project spanning across Commercial, Telecoms, Water, Nuclear, Healthcare and Transport sectors.I was drafted in to close out a high risk project portfolio and re-build the operational team to drive efficiency, project management excellence and robust contractual control mechanisms. I was ultimately responsible for the delivery and P&L for the Chubb Systems projects division.

Overall project delivery responsibility for the telecoms, healthcare and banking sectors. Projects and accounts were of high volume through direct customer and M&E contractors.
