I provide outstanding and efficient legal representation to businesses and individuals in the areas of business law, commercial litigation, employment law, real estate, and class actions. I regularly represent clients before Michigan state and federal courts, arbitration panels, and mediators, and have presented oral arguments in the Michigan Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. I also represent clients in business transactions and counseling, with an emphasis on corporate fiduciary duties and shareholder rights. I have published on the issue of shareholder litigation. I am also a qualified neutral in commercial litigation matters. I have completed the Michigan State Court Administrative Office's 40-hour civil mediation training, and I sit as a neutral case evaluator for the Macomb and Oakland County Circuit Courts.I am admitted to practice in the State of Michigan, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
