As a Customer Engagement Director I am a customer advocate and a trusted advisor aligning myself closely with the Customer’s stakeholders. I support them in delivering upon their IT and business strategy, overcoming challenges, and meeting business goals. I works across all lines of business, helping support the achievement of their respective objectives/goals. From the customer's perspective, I am the key Oracle representative responsible for coordinating the successful delivery of services across all the customer's Oracle deployments. I am focused on working with the Strategic Client Director and Oracle Executive Sponsor primarily on developing and executing strategies that Increase customer satisfaction with their current Oracle's product footprint increase Oracle's product and service footprint in alignment with the strategic account plan. The Customer Engagement Director has a clear understanding of all Oracle services engagements and all Oracle Products licensed delivered to a strategic customer. They must also clearly understand and articulate the customer's strategic vision for their IT landscape - irrespective of what technologies are deployed.
