I was involved in the specification and development of internal and customer application products using Lotus Notes which included; An Incident Report System application, a Sales Leads application for Business Partners, redesigning of the Time Recording application to enhance its usability.I was also involved in the support and training of the COTEC customer base in both CATIA and CCPLANT application products.A large project I assisted on was on site at British Aerospace with the transfer and verification of engineering data on a range of current military projects to and from their sub-contractors
