New York's leading LGBTQ+ film and media organization, presenting the largest LGBTQ+ film festival in the United States. NewFest provides a platform for queer stories and storytellers, and creates a joyful space to celebrate these stories. In the past five years, under my leadership, NewFest has more than quadrupled its annual revenue and dramatically increased the volume of programming and staff size. Founded in 1988, NewFest presents year-round screenings and events, including the annual New York LGBTQ+ Film Festival, which celebrated its 35th edition in 2023, as well as NewFest Pride and Queering the Canon. NewFest launched the Black Filmmakers Initiative in 2020, and the New Voices Filmmaker Grant, in partnership with Netflix, in 2022. NewFest presents programs for high school students in partnership with the NYC Department of Education, and works with studios and streamers to present advance screenings of movies and TV shows such as WHITE LOTUS, ALL OF US STRANGERS, RUSTIN, NYAD, ALL THE BEAUTY AND THE BLOODSHED, FIRE ISLAND, FELLOW TRAVELERS, HACKS, WOMEN TALKING, PASSING, RED WHITE & ROYAL BLUE, P-VALLEY, and many more. As Director of Marketing and Audience Services for the Tony Award-winning Signature Theatre Company, one of New York's largest and most respected non-profit Off-Broadway theatres, I was part of the core team responsible for the organization’s growth from a $3M annual budget to a $13M annual budget; led the marketing campaigns for such shows as Angels in America, Old Hats, The Piano Lesson, The Antipodes and Octet; and was an integral part of Signature’s transition to its permanent home, the 75,000 square foot, Frank Gehry-designed Pershing Square Signature Center, which is a public-private partnership with the Related Cos and the City of New York.I led a team of 12 responsible for strategic planning and and execution of all sales and communication efforts; printed and digital collateral; advertising, media and public relations plans; subscriber relations/events; web and digital media efforts; outreach and audience development; brand consistency and more. I also oversaw all audience services, including the Box Office and Front of House staff and the operations of the Bookstore and Cafe/Bar.

I served as the Project Manager of the complete redesign and development of the Lincoln Center Theater website, as well as the Project Manager of bringing Member enrollment and renewal online. As Marketing Associate, I oversaw the StudenTix and audience development programs; coordinated the Artist's Platform talkback series; designed and wrote all e-blasts; handled list rental management; and served as the group sales liason.At Lincoln Center Theater I worked on the marketing campaigns for shows including Tom Stoppard's COAST OF UTOPIA trilogy, Rodgers and Hammerstein's SOUTH PACIFIC, Sarah Ruhl's CLEAN HOUSE and Shakespeare's CYMBELINE.

Responsibilities included: -Managing a seven-person department that processed more than $100 million in Broadway ticket sales annually-Researching and analyzing Broadway and customer marketing trends in order to propose speculative inventory purchases (working with a budget of more than $7 million)-Coordinating and maintaining relationships with all Broadway and many Off-Broadway Box Offices-Overseeing and operating the Broadway Inner Circle program. Based on my significant knowledge of the company and the industry, I was also actively involved in projects pertaining to website redesign and system development.
