As a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in managing Contact Centre technology, I am passionate about using technology to enhance customer service and improve the customer journey. My recent accomplishments include migrating three organisations onto our Contact Centre platform (Genesys Cloud) and consolidating their inbound telephony to a single phone number for customers. To accomplish this, I designed and implemented a voice bot using Natural Language Understanding to route customers, resulting in improved accuracy, shorter wait times, and an overall better customer experience.I have also designed and built a digital chatbot to assist our ICT Helpdesk, allowing customers to receive self-help guides at any time of day, reducing call volume and improving customer satisfaction. Additionally, I successfully managed the migration of our company's on-prem contact center to Genesys Cloud CX, moving around 100 users and streamlining voice, email, and chat flows.My technical expertise extends to specialties including Contact Center architecture, technical support, SIP, Cloud PBX, bot technology, IVR, chatbots, and voice bots.
