As a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in managing Contact Centre technology, I am passionate about using technology to enhance customer service and improve the customer journey. My recent accomplishments include migrating three organisations onto our Contact Centre platform (Genesys Cloud) and consolidating their inbound telephony to a single phone number for customers.
