Worked on team of 4 on application to get bank charter approval by FDIC and state of Wisconsin, then raised a Wisconsin de novo bank record of $21.6 million in capital.Since Bank opened in July, 2006, have been solely responsible for all accounting functions, including regulatory and public company reporting, budgeting, as well as the more mundane tasks of payroll, accounts payable, daily general ledger, etc.
