As a head-hunter, founder and CEO, I have over 20 years of experience in leadership, team development, people and business strategy. I started my career at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and served as a platoon commander in the British Army. I then transitioned to the recruitment industry, where I established and managed teams before setting up my own specialist firm.My personal role outside of running IAC is two fold, I lead our specialist in-house legal search team whilst also working with key clients to develop their leadership and retention skills and capabilities. I work with start ups and scale ups to support them in getting their people and business strategies aligned. I also advise large firms on large scale recruitment projects and building a strong base of leadership skills, so that the business strategy can be achieved.I act as a mentor to founders dealing with the challenges of building a business, a family and themselves, and I am a director of a Kent based ten school academy trust.Other than that you will generally find me with my family or running up a hill 😀
