I have an Engineering Degree and an MBA from Nottingham University which I believe gives me both the practical abilities to run a manufacturing company with the business skills amplified by experience in the industry. Customer relationships are vital to our business and I am determined that we continue to forge ahead in improving this and the service we give our customers. Quality is vital and almost daily I visit our Brixworth factory to talk to the Production Director Tony Mason, walk the factory and see the studio and wood shop. Here our moulds are made, the quality of which is the secret to our business. In Colorado in the USA we have a similar set up to that of the UK which services the whole of the American market. Again quality is important and the first job of Dave West our President is to walk the factory.
