Helped establish Melbourne office of Cundall. Projects include numersous award winning projects including New Royal Children's Hospital, The Gauge, 55 St Andrews Place, CERES, St Leonards College Sustainable Living Centre and VS1 (SA Water) in Adelaide.

Established the Sustainable Buildings & Property Team in 2002. Projects included Green Building Requirements for Department of Defence, Yarra's Edge @ Docklands, Alfred Centre and Bendigo Police Station. Wrote first version of Green Star rating tool for Green Building Council of Australia, initially based on an Australian version of BREEAM developed as an R&D project. Led Structural Engineering team from 2000 to 2002.
