In my role as Event Director at International Labmate, I've spearheaded the delivery and development of multiple market leading events across a broad range of industries, including Air Quality and Emissions, Water & Wastewater, Laboratory, pharmaceutical, Petroleum and Petrochemical.I've created and delivered events from highly focused conferences up to large-scale exhibitions attracting thousands of attendees.My portfolio of events extends to key global markets, from the UK to India, the Middle East, and beyond. I have organised events in New Delhi, Lisbon, Prague, Budapest, Barcelona, Slovenia, Manama, Birmingham, Cardiff, Rotterdam, and Antwerp, establishing a robust brand presence for our company across diverse geographies and markets. I have experience in geo-cloning, as well as starting new conferences and exhibitions from scratch. Navigating the challenges of sourcing venues, developing brands, creating sales strategies, and managing operations to ensure our events are delivered successfully.The global challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic offered an opportunity to pivot and innovate and I delivered a series of very well received virtual and hybrid exhibitions. These bridged the gap until we could return to in person events. I have hands-on experience across the full event management spectrum including stand & sponsorship sales, operations management, speaker & abstract coordination, project management, badging & registration, logistics, organising gala award dinners and creating compelling marketing campaigns.
