For example, as the design world shifted to digital landscapes, I leveraged user experience (UX) concepts to incorporate wireframing, user testing, A/B testing, and customer journey mapping into my design practice.✔ EMBRACING NEW TECHNOLOGIES – Innovation fascinates me. In addition to UX design best practices, I also experiment with emerging tools (such as GenAI, AR, and VR) to amplify our capabilities. For example, I created new moments of connection and clarity for Snap One’s customers by creating AR-powered trade show booths, product packaging, and brand imagery.✔ FOSTERING SEAMLESS COLLABORATION – For the majority of my career, I have excelled in in-house design leadership roles while managing my own independent design agency.
