I was responsible for the evaluation, acquisition, management, renovation, leasing, and sale of single and multifamily residential rentals in and around Pittsburgh. I also led the office and maintenance staff, and directed all strategic matters--P&L impact, balance sheet analysis, risk assessments, capital expenditures, market segment analysis, and market projections.
