Led cross-company efforts directed at proactive identification, analysis, strategy formation, and implementation of policy initiatives designed to mitigate business model erosion and/or create positive strategic change in the operating environment (e.g., US marketing practices, specialty pharmaceuticals access/pricing, comparative clinical effectiveness, importation, health care reform, healthcare delivery system restructuring, etc.).

Led US and Global planning and business development departments (14-21 professional staff and budgets of $20+ million) responsible for operational and strategic planning, business development initiatives, L&D, alliance management, marketplace and competitor analysis, public policy impact analysis, internal consulting assignments, business innovation projects and executive staff support. Served as a member of both Pfizer’s US and Global Pharmaceuticals Leadership Teams (responsible for $24 and $45 billion divisions, respectively).
