Wave 2 is in flight.Designed & led implementation of artificial intelligence platform and center of excellence for financial forecasting. Accuracy exceeded all human equivalent forecasts and full Enterprise deployment is underway. Led development of global finance data strategy and analytics COE, designed & implemented robotic process automation center of excellence, stood up fast track innovation process across corporate legal, procurement & technology that reduced approval times from many months to less than two weeks

Introduced framework across all industries & product groups that used EVA, present value EVA, competitive position and market attractiveness filters to drive corporate resource allocation. In the following year framework was adopted as the primary performance evaluation mechanism and incorporate into annual business planning & strategic planning cycles. Formulated EVA growth plans (through fix/grow) that led to a public commitment to $3-$5B EVA growth.
