Lead IT auditor for St. Louis based clients in the retail, mining , telecommunications and agricultural sectors. Supported clients with assessments of IT General Controls, SOX specific controls and application-level security. Further delivered numerous third-party service reports (SAS70s) for a telecommunications billing company. Lead projects to support our clients with the design of key controls surrounding their respective implementation of SAP.

Served as lead compliance auditor for several telecommunication companies related to regulatory matters with oversight provided by both state Public Utility Commissions (PUCs) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Over a six year period, directed and managed merger condition audits creating two of the largest telecommunication companies across the industry. Developed deep understanding of telecommunications (wireline segment) industry and the competitive landscape throughout consolidation period creating Verizon and AT&T.Sold and led revenue assurance project with a team of approximately six, reviewed switch data and traced through to billing records as well as reviewed call center logs to evaluate billing accuracy. Work included significant data mining skills and analytics to help identify opportunities to improve processes and collect revenue.
