- Manage residential properties on behalf of large portfolio clients, Trusts and individual private landlords. - Produce reports on portfolio financial performance, arrears and occupancy rates. - Monitor Marketing of vacant properties and process tenancy applications.- Manage all aspects of repairs and refurbishments.- Carry out inventory, mid term and checkout inspections.- Maintain regulatory compliance at all times.- Assist with commercial property management.- Improve current office procedures and systems. Implement new systems where required to maximise productivity and efficiency.
