CurrentResponsible for establishing a solid relationship, supporting and guiding our international clients and partners (EU, USA and LATAM) in the use of our PaaS Content Management system, DXP Digital Experience, B2B / B2C eCommerce, and iPaaS Integration.Reporting directly to the VP of Customer Success, I actively work on identifying upsell opportunities, following the established KPI's compliance plan.In charge of establishing and executing a regional plan, to improve the knowledge of the product and improve the technical understanding of the client, through an approach focused on their objectives and needs.
